Little Janie was rescued this summer by Katie and her Mom. She was double tied in a pen with no food, no shade and only an oily sludge to drink. If she had not been saved she would have spent her life fighting other dogs. She is now safe in a shelter in Houston. She is very sweet. Hopefully she will find a loving home.
